No Returns
All of our items are handmade and made to order. Because of this, we have a strict no-return policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items

• Gift cards
